- Customer Service (B2B process): For India’s leading NBFC which provides business loans in India.
- Nature of calls: Outbound + Inbound
- Shift timings: 9.30am to 6.30pm with a fixed Sunday off.
- Skills required: Soft spoken customer service/customer delight approach.
- Excellent communication skills
- Regional calling skill set: We also need Tamil, Telugu and Kannada speaking candidates.
- Such candidates should be conversational in English and Hindi as well.
