Job Description
- We’re looking for individuals to join the team, who:
- Attending to customer queries through emails and phones calls.
- Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
- Handling bookings & documentation.
- Processing bookings by coordinating with the operations team.
- Domestic / International Destination Knowledge would be an advantage.
- Good Communication skills in English, Both Spoken & Written
- Self-motivated, resourceful
- Should be a quick learner.
- Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment
- Creative bent of mind, attitude towards technology
- Attention to Detail Innovative and Creative
