  • Customer Service Executive/ Customer Support Executive - Voice + Chat & Email (Blended Process)

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Providing customers with web-based technical support and assistance.
  • Selling products and services as per customer needs.
  • Providing immediate advanced support via Chat, Call or E-mail when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication and Comprehension skills
  • Good customer service skills and phone etiquette skills
  • An understanding of basic computer tools
  • Great typing skills (minimum 30 words per minute required)

Timings

  • 24/7 & 2 weekly off. Rotational Shift & Offs.
