- Customer Service Executive/ Customer Support Executive - Voice + Chat & Email (Blended Process)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Providing customers with web-based technical support and assistance.
- Selling products and services as per customer needs.
- Providing immediate advanced support via Chat, Call or E-mail when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and Comprehension skills
- Good customer service skills and phone etiquette skills
- An understanding of basic computer tools
- Great typing skills (minimum 30 words per minute required)
Timings
- 24/7 & 2 weekly off. Rotational Shift & Offs.
