Job Description
What will you be required to do?
- You are the 1st point of contact for the new Cogoport customers, walking them through the experience of being empowered when it comes to supply chain matters.
- A highly data driven role, your comfort level with data, analysis and decision making based on that data will prove to be the key to success in this role.
- You are required to be just a phone call away for the customers at all time.
- Your ability to look at the bigger picture, ability to imagine what’s not out there and how it will impact customer journey and experience will be well appreciated.
- You will be driving our revenues, with your ability & experience in delivering increase in wallet capture and repeat customer through product driven marketing.
- Oh, and we nearly forgot, the role comes with its incentives, after all, hard work pays!
