Job Description

  • Customer Service Desk - Tata Electronic Division(Consumer durable goods)
  • Reports to - Store Manager
  • Direct Reports - None
  • Salary Package - 12000 - 16500
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required
  • Graduate or pursuing graduation with 0-1 year of experience.
  • Driven for customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Process & result orientation, Quick learner, interpersonal effectiveness, Persuasiveness, Organising skills, Conflict management & resolution, quick documentation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible to log calls for customers regarding product demonstration, installation & complaints.
  • Arranging for the delivery of the product from the store or the warehouse to the customer on time.
  • Coordinate with the respective company personnel & record the demo no. & inform the customer of the same.
  • Responsible for exchange of products and refunds
  • Resolve issues related to customer orders, product availability and pricing.
  • Tracking the no. of days taken to attend to the complaint & find out the reason if it is more than 4 days.
  •  Issuing Goods Acknowledgement note (GAN) for products sold with manufacturing defects & sending them for repair.
  • Informing customers when their repaired products are back.· Recording showroom defect complaints & coordinating with respective company personnel for their repair.
  • To ensure that all customer queries are well-investigated and resolved, and escalating necessary queries to supervisors.
  • Maintaining customers focus on all times and answering to customer’s enquiries using the standard guidelines.
  • Handling inbound /outbound calls.
  • Taking ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution.
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: 12,000.00 to 16,500.00 /month
