Role & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to shopper query mails within 48 hours
  • Resolving shoppers queries by coordinating with the team and ensure resolution is expedited
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Interact with shoppers on chat concerning various issues

Requirements:

  • Candidate should posses excellent communication skills – Verbal as well as  written
  • The candidate should be keen to take up a fast-tracked career & not just a job that will help him/her pass time till something else comes along.
  • The candidate should be a keen learner and willing to put in hard work and passion in what he/she does.
