Job Description
- Experience: Minimum 6 months preferred; however fresher’s with the right attitude can also apply
Role & Responsibilities:
- Respond to shopper query mails within 48 hours
- Resolving shoppers queries by coordinating with the team and ensure resolution is expedited
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Interact with shoppers on chat concerning various issues
Requirements:
- Candidate should posses excellent communication skills – Verbal as well as written
- The candidate should be keen to take up a fast-tracked career & not just a job that will help him/her pass time till something else comes along.
- The candidate should be a keen learner and willing to put in hard work and passion in what he/she does.
