- Conducting various types of surveys on phone
- Collating various types of feedback and carrying
out analysis, creating presentations for feedback
- Responding to email and telephone queries
(Customer Care)
- Maintaining enquiry database
- Preparing monthly MIS
- Preparing training certificates
- Collating question bank
The competencies which are must for the position are:
- MS Excel: vlookup, advanced pivots, simple
formulae
- PPT: advanced formatting
- Good soft skills as role involves calling people
to collect feedback
