- Marathi/Tamil language Speaking is preferred

- Must have good understanding of technical terms, interpreting the information and accordingly taking the right decision.
- Ability to build rapport with client and customers is of utmost importance.
Job Description:
- Candidate will be responsible for working on different platforms (i.e. SMS, Voice and Email).
- Candidate will be Interacting with the client on email or phone for maintaining customer relationship and troubleshooting issues.
- Will be responsible in providing end to end closure of issues and taking care of customer satisfaction.
