Quro (), a software product company, is seeking a cheerful & dedicated Customer Support Associate for Mumbai office. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for executing daily tasks concerning accounts and finance to ensure smooth functioning of corporate accounting and finance assignments.
Required Skills:

- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS-Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 1-2 years experience in handling customers (optional)
Responsibilities:
- Handling existing customers and maintaining a good repo
- Understanding and Resolving customers’ queries, complains & comments
- Referring un-resolved issues / grievances to Product Team & Coordinating for a solution
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products & services
- Maintaining records of new customers inquiries & interactions
- Providing backend tactical support to Sales & Marketing Personnel
- Processing Payroll for ‘payroll outsourced’ customers
- Knowledge of Statutory matters like Salary TDS, Taxation and returns thereof
- Preparation of Bank remittance statements
- Preparation of various periodic MIS reports
