Please find the below job details.

  • Job Timing :9 am to 5.30 pm or 3.30 pm to 11.30 pm
Job Description :
  • Responsible for giving training to clients regarding Software and Stock Market
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Ask Clients targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
  • Talk with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, chat or face to face until they’ve solved their issues.
  • Identify and assess client’s needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
  • Training will be provided by Company.

Candidates Profile :

  • Qualification Required : Any Graduate (Compulsory) or Post Graduate (Optional). 
  • Experience required is : 0 to 5 years. 
  • Age Criteria : 21 years to 30 years. 
  • Only Male candidates required. 
  • Candidates should have basic knowledge of stock market. 
  • Good communication and presentation skills required.
