We have great opening for Support Executive with leading Software Company.
Please find the below job details.
- Job Timing :9 am to 5.30 pm or 3.30 pm to 11.30 pm
- Responsible for giving training to clients regarding Software and Stock Market
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Ask Clients targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
- Talk with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, chat or face to face until they’ve solved their issues.
- Identify and assess client’s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
- Training will be provided by Company.
Candidates Profile :
- Qualification Required : Any Graduate (Compulsory) or Post Graduate (Optional).
- Experience required is : 0 to 5 years.
- Age Criteria : 21 years to 30 years.
- Only Male candidates required.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of stock market.
- Good communication and presentation skills required.
