We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join us. Summary of the job description and our expectations from candidates who apply follows below:
Responsibilities:
- Attend to incoming calls and emails from customers and understand their problem
- Monitor various channels where customers may post their grievances like email, forums, social media
- Delight the customers with prompt suggestions of ideas and solutions to their problems and ensure that customers are satisfied with your resolution.
- Send an email confirmation detailing the resolution and asking for customer feedback
- Document common customer queries and integrate into our Frequently Asked Questions module
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and industry knowledge to be able to speak with customers about the most relevant features and functionality for their specific needs
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Fluency in English (oral and written communication skills)
- 2+ years' experience in customer support or related fields
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the international education space
- Ability to effectively deal with challenges as they arise
- History of engaging with grieved customers
- Experience in using Spreadsheet tools
- Presentation skills in online and in person setting
- Adaptable nature under any working environment
- Experience of working in a start-up culture
- Experience of using Yocket products as a student
