- Mandatory Fluent in ENGLISH (Verbal & Written)
- Fresher’s and Experience: Graduate or Post Graduate any fields (most considered from commerce, banking, insurance and management background)
- Fresher: 15000 in hand /CTC is 17000
- Experience: maximum hike of 15% (24000) in hand
- (salary remains the same for voice and non-voice process)
- Handling Queries and Complaint
- Shifts : Rotational
- Females: days shifts
- Timing: 8am to 4 pm/9 am to 6 pm/ 12pm to 9 pm
- Pick and drop service provided
- Male: days & Night shifts
- Days shifts timing remains the same
- Night shift timing: 4 pm to 12: 30 am/10 pm to 7 pm
- Pick & drop service provided
- Week off :Rotational week off.
- 1 and 3 week( 6 days working) week -ends are not fixed.
- 2 and 4 week ( 5days working ) week -ends are not fixed.
- Solving queries and complaint by emails.
- Fix shift: 9:30 am to 6 pm
- Week off: 1 and 3 week (6 days working) Sunday off
- 2 and 4 week (5 days working) Saturday & Sunday off
