Job Description
Establish processes to ensure the quality of our data e.g. that customer data is regularly refreshed and that Data Protection Act (DPA) guidelines are followed in all circumstances.
- Contact to customer and ask them for review update
- Keeping track of reviews from amazon, flip cart and other social media reply them time to time.
- Attend customers call
- Send mail to our customer about our offers and discounts.
- Maintain excel sheet for customer data
- Strong communication is must.
