Job Description

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services and obtain details of complaints.
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Requirements:
  • This position will be based at head office. Prospective candidate must having experience in selling or supporting marketing team involved in selling financial product marketing i.e. FDs, Mutual Funds, NPS, Insurance and Home Loans. 
Skills Required:
  • Good knowledge of financial products as stated above.
  • Experience of work in same domain would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be a quick learner.
  • Hand on experience handling customer’s complain.  
  • Should possess experience to support sales team w.r.t product mix.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with client as well as sales team.
  • Qualification: Graduate with good MS Office Skills.
