- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and should have ability to visualize.
- Salary structure – 1.2 LPA to 2 LPA
- Answering queries, dealing with issues and solving problems in a positive manner to ensure a excellent level of customer experience
- Explaining product function to required clients
- Writing email as required to customers
- Coordination with Sales team/ development team for required inputs
- Maintaining and updating regularly Customer Master data to ensure we have complete customer information
- Updating reports on daily basis on all queries received
- Knowledge of using software
- Female candidates preferred
