We have a new requirement for Noida office for the role of Customer Support Executive-Voice process.

- Handling the customer calls and making new calls.
- Understanding the customer query and accordingly look forward for its resolution.
- Verification of customer's details.
- Should deal with the team and management and come up with ways to better the service.
- Capture and share customer feedback.
Competencies required:
- Good written and verbal communication skills (voice trained preferred).
- Should be graduates in any stream or 10+2, freshers can also apply.
