Process Overview:Customer Support Team - Calling/Email Process
Job Description:
- Provide solution to customer queries via
email or calls.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of
oneself in the areas of productivity, process adherence, customer satisfaction,
schedule adherence and employee satisfaction/ development.
- Enhance the goal of quality support by
providing individual coaching feedback sessions and periodic one on ones that
focus on improving customer satisfaction, communication skills and technical
ability.
Desired Profile:
- Should be a good leader & experience of
working under pressure
- Possess Strong communication &
Interpersonal Skills.
- Qualification - Graduate/Post-Graduate
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
Our Requirement:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Male Candidates Only.
- Should be willing to work 6 days in a week
- Should be okay with rostered week offs
- Timings : 10 AM - 12 PM
- Date and Day : 15- 17 January , 2019
