Job Description

  • Login on time.
  • Answering / making calls. No calls to be dropped.
  • Understanding the technical issue (Issues related to computer / printer/ laptop).
  • Providing solution to the customer.
  • Incase if the agent cannot resolve the issue, Interact and co-ordination with team members / technical team for all issues.
  • Save chat.
  • Taking feedback from the customer.
  • Taking payments.
  • Calling back customers who apply for Chargeback and trying to retain them.
  • Filling the CRM.
  • Ensuring that all service sheets of sales along with call backs are properly handed over to the next roll over shift.
  • Making sure that the daily targets are achieved as per the given deadlines
  • Auditing calls.
  • Preparing reports.
