Job Description
- Login on time.
- Answering / making calls. No calls to be dropped.
- Understanding the technical issue (Issues related to computer / printer/ laptop).
- Providing solution to the customer.
- Incase if the agent cannot resolve the issue, Interact and co-ordination with team members / technical team for all issues.
- Save chat.
- Taking feedback from the customer.
- Taking payments.
- Calling back customers who apply for Chargeback and trying to retain them.
- Filling the CRM.
- Ensuring that all service sheets of sales along with call backs are properly handed over to the next roll over shift.
- Making sure that the daily targets are achieved as per the given deadlines
- Auditing calls.
- Preparing reports.
