- Position: Customer Service Executive - Semi Voice / FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND HINDI
- Exp: 0 to 3 yrs
- Qualification: 10+2/Diploma/Graduate/BE/Btech
- Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
- Salary: Fresher(CTC-12k), Experienced(CTC-15k)
- Shift: 8 pm to 8 am (any 9 hrs work) / 6 days/Week (Rotational) with 1 Day off (Rotational) with one way cab facility
- Handling flight ticket related queries/requests in inbound calls, E-mails etc. efficient customer service.
- Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
- Inbound Customer Service Centre for Indias #1 Airline
- Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel queries from Customers worldwide
- Assisting customer with making a reservation till cancellation
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
