Responsibilities and Duties -

  • Responsible for receiving inbound calls and address customer queries.
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services
  • Understanding customer requirements
  • Providing the right customer experience

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications -

  • Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in English and Hindi language along with persuasive skills, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Rotational shift (24*7)
  • 2 Days rotational OFF
  • 1 Way cab facility provided during night shift
  • Work location - Viman nagar, Pune
