Job Summary
Responsibilities and Duties -
- Responsible for receiving inbound calls and address customer queries.
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services
- Understanding customer requirements
- Providing the right customer experience
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications -

- Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in English and Hindi language along with persuasive skills, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Rotational shift (24*7)
- 2 Days rotational OFF
- 1 Way cab facility provided during night shift
