Customer Success Intern
As a Customer Success Intern you'll play an essential role in actively managing and developing a portfolio of service companies. You will often be the first touch-point with customers. Your ability to develop strong relationships, take initiative and excellent follow through is highly crucial and will influence JOVA’s continued success.
We’re looking for a proactively engaging and motivated individual who genuinely gets excited to help our customers and shape up the future of service industry.
Responsibilities:
- A deep understanding of JOVA and it’s day-to-day usage, helping our customers understand the features and the benefits to them.
- Respond to technical support inquiries and monitor the incoming tickets and ongoing threads on our customer support tool.
- Work closely with the sales team to help convert leads into new customers.
- Assist in onboarding customers - Help them get setup and tailoring their accounts to fit their needs.
- Reach out to customers to gather intelligence on how they are currently using Jova and determine what features are the most/least valuable to their businesses.
- Proactive in identifying improvements in customer experience, both in our product and processes.
- Join customer meetings, document the key feedback points and assist with the proceedings thereon.
- Co-ordinating calls of the clients to the appropriate Account Manager.
Requirements:
- UG: B.Tech/B.E/ BCA
- Quick learner & ability to adapt easily to working with new technologies/tools
- Prior internship experience would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills, and an engaging phone presence
- Superior writing skills - conveying complex technology in simple terms through clear and impactful messages, and adapt your tone for different users
- Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs.
- Enthusiastic about technology and hungry to improve their technical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and solid familiarity working with spreadsheets and reports.
