Job Description
- Provide our global clientele with outstanding customer service.
- Investigate user problems and fix them
- Consistently meet the response and resolution timelines as per defined Service Level Agreements.
- Work with customer success team to identify training needs for the clients.
- Work with sales and account mining teams to identify up selling and cross selling opportunities within client accounts.
- Work with technical and content team to expedite resolutions to client’s problems.
- Work with content writers to help create FAQs based on frequently asked client queries
