Job Description
- Good knowledge of post-sales activities.
- Processing the Booking Forms
- Follow up with the customer for Payment
- As per the progress of construction sending the demand letters to the Client
- Co-ordination with bankers for regular Disbursement & Loan status
- Regular client chasing to settle overdue amounts by reminder letters & phone calls.
- Giving site development updates to customers, handling complaints & Queries, providing legal documents as required.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Having 2 to 3 years of experience in Construction Company.
