Responsibilities:
- Outbound
and Feedback calls.
- Inbound
calls
- Should
be excellent in following up.
- Should be able to handle Support and other tasks according to the requirement.
- Outbound calling or customer
service experience of minimum 1 year.
- Good command on Hindi and English
Language.
- Excellent communication skills
and strong telephone manner
- Good attention to detail
- Experience in Sales
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Computer literate
- Confident, motivated goal oriented
