Customer Support Executive
Department: Customer Support
Project Location(s): Pune
Education: Graduate in any discipline, preferably BCA
Experience/Skills:
- 1+ years experience.
- Knowledge of Banking Domain, Carding, ATM, POS.
- Knowledge of Help Desk, basic network knowledge, Support Systems (Service Desk and ticketing systems).
- Previous experience with Banking L1 Support would be a plus.
- Handling high priority customers, Good Communication Skills, Good team player.
