To create / maintain excellent relationships with Customers and be able to tailor pitch for the Sthal Matrimony products/Services.
Touch base to customers through telecalling and should also attend direct walk in customers at the office premises
Handling & updating customer follow-ups with CRM tool
Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers and close prospective leads
Handling inquiries with regard to product, pricing, customer relations and complaints
Responding to sales and service enquiries from new and existing customers
Utilizing effective selling approaches to meet sales targets
Co-ordinating with Sthal Advisors & solving issues for successful onboarding of customers
