Job Description
We have Immediate openings for Customer Support Executives for Baner, Pune location.
JD:-
- Qualifications:- 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline (BE, B-Tech not suitable)
- Work Exp:- 0-1 year; Freshers are most welcome.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi & Marathi is must.
- Positions– (Only Male Candidate)
Bifurcation- 40 candidates (Male) for Evening shift as 2 P.M TO 11 P.M.+ 10 Candidates (Male) for split shift. ( 8 A.M TO 12.30 P.M & 5 P.M TO 9.30 P.M )
- Rotational week off. ( No week off on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.); Transportation facility not available from company side.
Responsibilities and Duties
JD :-
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
- suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
- Determining the cause of the problem.
- Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
