Designation: Customer Support Executive
What You'll Be Expected To Do :
- Answering inbound phone calls from customers,
- Helping customers to resolve issues with products in close coordination with the other departments
- Following up with Customers for order and purchase
- Maintaining the day-to-day report.
Salary Range(In Rupees):15000-20000
Required Skills:
- Effective team collaboration and strong communication skills - written & verbal.
