Designation: Customer Support Executive

Job Description

·         Identifying clients, presenting the concept, explaining its values and benefits, and executing orders, adhering to target limits.

·         One should be able to convince an existing client.

·         Generating leads through telecalls, and emails.

·         generating new business leads, and supporting sales.

·         Maintaining lead database of clients and prospects.

·         Handling Walk-in Customers and ensuring proper coordination between the company and its clients.

·         Maintaining periodic status reports, activity reports, and calls/follow-up reports on a daily basis.

·         Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.

·         Should be able to work with a Team.

·         Coordinating with the operation team to ensure a timely response to inquiries.

·         The candidate should be able to understand the client's complaints and work on resolving them Quickly.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
