Job Description
•USA CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (FOREIGN VOICE PROCESS) @SURAT.
Provide information about order status to customers.
•Understand customer complaints and forward them to relevant department.
•Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
•Overseeing the customer service process.
•Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
•Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
•Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
•Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
•Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
•Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
•Location: Surat
•Salary: ₹13,000 to - ₹35,000.00 /month
•Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
