- Responsible for handling calls (Inbound). Customer support.
- Solving customer queries.
- Building rapport with customers and retain them by providing quality service.
- Good communication skills in regional languages.
- Fluency in Hindi is must and if Kannada or Telugu or Malayalam known will be added advantage.
- Passion towards Voice process.
- Positive attitude to grow in a BPO industry.
- 0-2 years experience.

- Female- Day shift and Male- Rotational shift.
