Position : Customer Support Executive – US voice process
Shift timings : 07:30 pm to 05:00 am
Qualification : Any degree / diploma
Job location : Coonoor, Nilgiris
Minimum 3-10 Years’ Experience in customer service
- Excellent English Speaking Skills.
- Should have a US calling Experience.
- Should have an excellent conversational skills or other words talkative in nature.
- Preferable the candidates nativity and schooling should be in Nilgiris.
- The candidates willing to work in Nilgiris.
- Willing to work in Night Shift.
- Exposure in email, internet, telephone etiquette and MS office preferred.
- The candidate should have a passion towards customer service.
