Job Description
• Provide information about order status to customers.
• Understand customer complaints and forward them to relevant department.
• Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
• Overseeing the customer service process.
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Meet personal / customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Location: Surat
• Salary: ₹ 13,000 to - ₹ 35,000.00 / month
• Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
