Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a Domestic Inbound Process. We require candidates to provide necessary information to the customers and build good customer relationship.
The following are the prerequisites:
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
- Willing to work in rotational shift timings (Day shift only).
- 0 - 2 yrs of experience. Freshers are also welcome.
- Female candidates only.
- Inbound Voice process which involves resolving the customer queries.
- Any Educational background eligible.
