Responsibilities and Duties :
· Receive the calls from the customers and explain about customer's queries.
· Should be in a polite manner.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
· Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi mandatory
· Prior experience with based inbound voice process (additional advantage)
· Profound with basic computer skills (Windows & Excel)
· Fresher’s are also welcome
· Any graduate can apply female candidates can apply
· Age limit: 18 to 33 years only.
