Responding to customer requests by phone and/or in mail writing to ensure timely resolution of unpaid medical insurance claims.

Skills Required:

Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
Competent in MS office and web browser environments

Qualification: Fresher's up to 3yrs experience with Any UG & PG degree (Backlogs will be considered up to 2) – Should possess the following on own for training purposes
