Job Description
Customer support executive.
Maintaining & handling the SLA by analysis & coordinating the complaints related to DU/ATG with field Service engineers on daily basis.
ERP Handling and ERP dispatched and Bill entry, Attendance.
Providing necessary support to engineers to maintain SLA with help of Technical & Service Managers.
Providing necessary support in AMC & chargeable invoices generation & submission & maintaining the necessary files
Providing necessary support in Payment follow-up with customers
Maintaining the store & keeping record of all moving materials in field & other regions.
Maintaining all types of work-related files
