Job Description
1. Work with a professional approach in answering calls, providing information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof
2. Maintain records of transactions and interactions
3. Handle appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required
4. Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal
5. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
6. Cancel or upgrade accounts
7. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
8. Make cold calls
9. Use the telephone to reach out to customers and verify account information
10. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
11. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
12. Communicate with customers through various channels
13. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints

3. are available for duration of 3 months

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 2 Lac/annum
