* Taking inbound calls to provide support for customers.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills in their specified language.
* Ability to understand customer needs and escalate it to concern team.
Requirement : -
* Languages required: English & Tamil/Malayalam
* Should join us immediately
* Qualification: Inter/Diploma/Graduation
Job Timing: Any 9 hrs (between 8am to 9pm)
