Job Description
1. Talking to the existing users daily through phone calls and messages for providing them support and for research purposes
2. Working on campaigns to enhance the user experience
3. Working on other customer-centric campaigns
4. Documenting every interaction with customers in an easily accessible and understandable manner
Note 1: This is a remote work setup but we might need you to meet up with the team members once or twice a month if needed

Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 5th Jan'21 and 9th Feb'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Should be exceptionally good with English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken)
2. Should be able to understand and empathize with users of Anar app
3. Should be able to listen to users, understand their problems, think through, and then suggest a solution
4. Should be able to talk to users with a lot of passion and emotion
5. Should be comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, Google Meets, etc.
6. Should be tech-savvy
7. Should have an inclination towards building a career in this domain
8. Should always be willing to take on more roles and responsibilities
9. Should not be a student currently
10. Should at least be a graduate
We love our customers and are looking for an enthusiastic team member to make our growing customer base love us even more. The selected executive will be primarily responsible for assisting with customer research and resolving customer queries.
