Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support technical issues/queries over the call, email, and chat
2. Work on ServiceNow or relevant ticketing system

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 5th May'21 and 9th Jun'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Should be flexible for rotational and night shifts

2. The candidate should have good knowledge of active directory and account management tools

3. Should have good troubleshooting skills for Windows 7, 8, and 10 OS and PC hardware/peripherals (including printers, docking stations)

4. Should have international exposure

5. The candidate must have worked in a service desk process with international voice experience (UK and US preferred)

6. Should have good knowledge of RSA tokens, VPN, and Citrix remote environments
