1. Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team
2. Work on high levels of quality customer engagement to ensure they succeed as soon as possible
3. Identify opportunities for growth by relaying information back to the sales team
4. Respond to support queries, provide answers and be the go-to guide
5. Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
6. Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure
7. Mediate between clients and the organisation
8. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
9. Manage CRM and other platforms related to delivering customer success
10. Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed
1. Passionate and highly motivated to meet and exceed both personal and professional targets
2. Highly adaptable and quick to learn new information
3. Highly organized and able to multi-task
4. Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
5. Ownership, accountability, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
6. Knowledge of customer success processes will be a plus point
7. Experience in document creation
8. Strong listening skills and ability to understand others' viewpoints
9. High levels of tenacity and desire to go above and beyond
10. A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
11. Educated to degree level or equivalent
