Job Description :
Job Responsibilities -
- Events High gets lots of queries from the customer regarding events that they wish to attend. Your job would be to respond to customer queries via email and calls.
- Outbound efforts to call customers to understand their pain points and any issues that they may have faced while using our product.
- Ensure that each consumer request has been responded within a certain time period.
- Follow up with event organizers to answer user specific queries.
- Respond to queries or comments posted on our social media channels.
- In short, you are going to be the interface between Events High and its audience.
- Qualification : Graduate
- Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM)
- Job Nature : Full Time
