Job Description
- Reporting to: Customer Support Manager
- Accountability: Demat account opening and Customer Satisfaction
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding and addressing customer issues over phone call
- Converting a prospective customer into a customer through problem solving
- Handholding customer through the entire account opening process
- Focusing on building long-term relationship with the clients
- Taking initiatives and prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver business results
- Escalating the burning issues at the right moment to the direct reporting manager
- Following the set process and SOP at all point in time to avoid any deviations
- Handling incoming calls for requests, queries, suggestions etc.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Any Under Graduate Degree/Diploma
- And/ Or Any Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma
Knowledge
- Proficiency in Operating Computer
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
Skills:
- Ability to be on phone call for at least 6 hours a day
- Strong communication skills (both Hindi and English)
- Negotiation skills and diplomacy
- Aggression and passion at work
- Self-Motivation
- Ability to work under high-pressure work environment
- CTC – 15K Per Month + up to 10K per month (Performance Based Incentives)
- Location - Indore, M.P.
