Job Designation: Customer support Representative (CSR)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- CSR to out call the customers to remind their payment dues & Collect them.
- 9 hours of login which includes 1 hour of break.
- 160 calls per day to be made.
- Should have talk time > 5 hrs a day.
- Should convince the customers to pay the dues on time.
- Quality scores should be greater 85%
- Spoken English & Good Hindi are mandatory
- Working hours – 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
- CTC: 16800 INR / month.
- Interview Rounds: HR & Ops.
