Job Description
- Learn quickly and Achieve expert working knowledge of our products
- Manage chat, email, and phone support and answer all the questions of the existing, new, or potential customers
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Provide personalized answers to pre-sale queries and effectively convert leads into sales
- Respond to users as quickly and clearly as possible and communicate to them that you are proactively working on their behalf to address their issues
- Give product demos to potential customers
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Work with internal teams closely and provide feedback that helps the company in building better products, scaling marketing operations, and increasing conversions
