Job brief
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
- Adhere to the procedure of the process.
Competencies and Skills Required:
- Proficiency at English verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills and soft skills.
Experience: relevant experience up to 6 months or freshers can apply for this job.
Qualification: graduates/ undergraduates
Location: Kothrud
Salary: 8 -10k depending upon the performance+ incentives
Shift: 10 am to 7 pm ;Weekly off: Sunday
