Brief description :
As a WB21 Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will act as a liaison, provide product/ services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls and customer inquiries. As CSR will be expected to empathize with customers and advocate for them to ensure a seamless premier customer service. CSRs will work with customers to ensure their questions and/or concerns have been addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Identify and assess the customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures and adhere to guidelines and policies.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Go the extra mile to engage with customers.
Preferred Skills Required:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Computer Knowledge, familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Written and oral English skills; strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Customer Services experience in a bank a plus.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Bilingual is a plus (Excellent command of the English language, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian are a plus)
- High school degree
