We are looking for a Customer Support –Voice for a UK process to join our client team. Desired Skills

Should have more than 1 + years of experience in Voice process
Banking domain should be an added advantage (Voice)
Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
Should have a great customer handling skills
Should work well in a small team and be proactive
Should be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Knowledge of basic computer operations
Courteous with strong customer service orientation
Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem
Coordinate effectively with other teams of the project which include non-voice process, operations, technical teams and work efficiently.

Specifications:

Candidates willing to work in Shifts only need to apply
Official shift timings- 1 pm -10 pm UK time, 9 am -6 pm UK time during training period and on occasions if needed.
2 days Off (Sunday and one of the weekdays)
Education should be graduate
