TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Hiring for a technical support process, for accounting software. Hands-on tech support experience required.
Basic to advanced tech support knowledge preferred.
Job role includes analyzing and troubleshooting various software issues.
Candidates with technical support experience into an international voice process preferred.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED

• No BE/B.TECH GRAD FRESHERS
• 5 Days work with a 2-day rotational week off
• The 1-way cab provided by the company

CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Inbound Customer Service /sales/technical/ Upselling.
Interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of passively (i.e.; order taking) or actively selling products and services.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
o Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
o Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
o Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services & Healthcare vertical.
o Conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to their needs.
Candidate Profile:-
o Any Graduate / Under-Graduate / drop out / pursuing Bachelors- any fresher can apply.
o BE/ B.tech freshers are eligible
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
